Newly constructed storage unit facility virtually self running with an electric gate, software to rent the storage units, and payments are made online. The units can all be managed through a software company and the phone used for the maintenance with transfer. There are currently 57 units which include 36 10x20, 5 10x10, and 16 10x15. The storage facility has security cameras and drought tolerant plants. These are extremely nice units located next door to duplexes and a residential neighborhood with also easy access to Chisholm Trail Parkway and Highway 67 Loop. There is space available for some additional units and the lot next to the east could be purchased at an additional expense. Currently 30% occupied.
